23/03/09 Body Blog Day 23


Ok, finally back on track after those annoying two days of work! And off to a massive start this morning with heavy weight session for chest,shoulders and abs. HIIT 5km run coming up this afternoon combined with resistance training in the park, hoping to get a mate along so that I can whip his butt while I'm at it, nothing like a bit of competition to make you push even harder!
