Going Hard again!

I have exercised every day so far! Dead lifts are going great, up to 70kg now. I need to get back to working on chin ups and keep the hill runs going. On non-gym days i have been skipping in the morning and running in the arvo, hopefully I can keep this up ok.

Back again in 2012 !

I turn 40 this year and have decided that my mid life crisis will be to get fitter than ever. At the very least back to where I was in 2009 and this time bring out my six pack. Motivation is high but I have a lot of work to do! Lets see how I go this time around !
