slowly slowly

I went for an 8km bush run then the next day an 8km run along the coast!  Yesterday I had a rest but today its back to running!  I am starting to feel some motivation and the good old feeling of exercise being normal and an everyday event.  Maybe I will even make it to the weights this weekend...

Hmmmm.

Dam!  No excercise yesterday, but a great hill climb on Saturday. Lookin' to do a hike this afternoon with my little fella though.  Food today has been ok but i am still severely lacking motivation.  what to do....

A bit of a wobbly start

Instead of the 5km run and gym I only managed an 8km run and no gym.  That night though I endlged in red wine......other than that diet was ok.  Thursday didn't see any exercise, so today, Friday I need to at least get in a hill run and will try gym for the weekend.  Gotta keep up the momentum.

Trying to keep motivated

2 hour hike yesterday after posting those horrible pics.  I tried to keep the diet ok, going for hi protien and very low carb, at least low bread intake as that is my killer.  No beer yesterday, but I did have red wine.....Today I am planning a 5km run and gym work out!......Two posts in a row is at least an improvement!

Fatter than ever !



I have again failed.  This blog appears to becoming more of a record of failed attempts to keep fit with ever fatter pics being posted rather than my journey towards achieving that elusive six pack.  Well, they if you fail, just try and try again.  So here we go again.  This time I am starting from a wopping 95kg!  I really have some work to do.
