13/03/09 Body Blog Day 13


Hey there,


Well Friday the 13th is actually a lucky day for me! Lucky because I managed to complete 4 pull ups, lucky because I managed to stick to my eating plan perfectly, and lucky because I got to end the day with a bunch of close mates! Perfect.

    Thanks again Mike, I'm preparing for our next mission, I'm planning on being able to 3 x sets of 10 by the end! I'm determined to find my six pack and smash those pull ups!
